The Edison North exterior renovation is back on track and will be complete by early November. This exterior project will be a welcome change and we hope you are pleased with the new look.
Plant Science Progress
This summer we solicited bids for our new Plant Science complex on Boylston Ave. However, the project will need to be updated & rebid this winter for construction next spring. There were some funding/design concerns that will be worked out in coming weeks.

The Mitchell Activities Center exterior repair is completing an architect selection process that will be finished soon. A new design will be completed this winter and bid in the spring with the repairs completed by fall of next year.
Wood Construction Center
The Wood Construction Center Replacement Project is in for building permit. The demolition of six wood structures is planned during Fall Quarter and a new beautiful building will be underway later this year.
Seattle Maritime Academy
Seattle Maritime Academy has recently completed a number of site improvements including two new piers and bulkhead. We are proceeding with some minor improvements and the demolition of several portables this fall or spring. We are selecting an Architect and should be into Design in coming months. Facilities & Plant Operations will be sending out an update of other construction activities and improvements made this past summer.
